Louise's Cleaning Service follow a strict colour codeing scheme which we find is a very effective way of keeping them nasty germs at bay.

Typical Cleaning Specification 

External maintenance: Litter picking of car parks and entrances, sweeping of leaves, and gritting of external areas in winter.

Reception

 

 

Reception: Dusting of reception desk, ledges and sills, telephone sanitized, bin emptying, any glass work in doors including any brass work, floors hovered or swept and mopped if wooden floors.

 Board room

Office areas: Dusting of all desks, ledges and sills, telephones sanitized, all bins emptying, any internal glass work including any brass work, floors to be hovered if carpeted otherwise swept and mopped.      

 

Staircase

Staircase, landings and lifts: Staircase handrails to be wiped down, balustrails dusted, staircase to be hovered if carpeted otherwise swept and mopped. Landings to be hovered if carpeted all ledges and sills dusted. Lifts are to be wiped down internally and externally including doors.  

 

Canteen Kitchen / Canteen: All surfaces to be disinfected including sink and unit fronts, washing up or collection of crockery for dishwasher if requested, fridge and microwave to be cleaned weekly, bin emptied daily and bin washed periodically, and floor throughly cleaned.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

Sink

Toilet areas: W.C, cistern and pan to be throughly cleaned, sink and pedestal cleaned, urinals disinfected, mirrors buffed up, wall tiles cleaned periodically, cubicle doors and surrounds cleaned weekly, waste bin emptied and floors throughly cleaned.
